I'm hiring for a D3.js developer who can create interactive data visualizations and has a good eye for design.

Where can I find a community of great D3 developers?

This seems like the perfect place...

Please let me know if you can suggest someone who is great at making interactive data visualization designs.

I am looking for you to analyze and interpret the data into meaningful findings.  What is the most interesting, surprising, and fascinating conclusions we can draw based on this data?

Then, we would like to visualize it into some insightful, fascinating, and interesting ways.

Can you take a big data set and make it into something really fascinating and interesting that will engage users?  Perhaps it can be interactive content, or at least very visually appealing.
