Histogram Example Bug

Looking at the few Histogram Example it seems like anything that falls into the last bin will not be displayed, in fact there is error that is thrown because d3.histogram, when creating x1 and x0 for the last bin will be the same value unlike the other bins.
Error
Error: <rect> attribute width: A negative value is not valid. ("-1")
