new Chrome upgrade has a bug when rendering svg paths

I have several issues with the newest chrome update rendering svg paths incorrectly seems to be a bug specifically with chrome as all the erorrs are not present in firefox or safari

This is a screenshot of a recent line chart I made were the path attribute fill is set to none yet chrome is randomly filling some of the path and beyond that chrome is randomly breaking paths .

has anyone else detected this bug and has anyone found any solution?
