add button to tool-tip ?

Hey folks,

I am trying to find if there is anyway to add button/pictures to a tool-tip or pop-over.

Can anyone show me an example how to do that ?  Many thanks.

I think d3-tip can take arbitrary content.

I haven't tried buttons though.
