stacked scatter plot

Hie , I am completely new to d3, you could say new in UI design. Since a month I am creating charts in angular2 using d3. I want to know how to create stacked  scatter chart just like stacked bar chart and what kind of data it will be needed and also if i click on any circle a pop-up should appear with some details.
