How do you change the fill color of selected nodes within the completed pathway analysis in the genemania cytoscape app?

Hi Theresa,

You just need to select the nodes you want (manually, using filters, through the table panel, etc.) and then apply a Bypass for the style property "Fill Color"--just click the third button to choose another color from the Color Picker:
