 Could someone provide me with a Format for custom annotation for BiNGO for species Zingiber zerumbet.

Hi Aisharya,

While this is not something specific to the cytoscape application I tried to find such annotation on the GeneOntology site but couldn't locate it.

You might try something similar as described here: http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0099731
