Cluster Comparison

Dear colleagues;

I have three gene sets (up/down regulated) from three different conditions.
I would like to analyse the GO enrichment COMMON for three conditions ?

How it is better to proceed ?

The number of genes ; Cluster 1 - 1827
Cluster 2 -550
Cluster 3 - 1117

Hi Iryna,
   I believe the ClueGO has the kind of cluster comparison features you might be thinking about.  Alternatively, you could use BiNGO, get your three separate networks, then do an intersection merge to get the common subnetwork.
