issues formatting txt (biom) file into cytoscape using CONEt APP. Please help!

Hello,

I am new to cytoscape and I am using CoNet to create a microbial network. I have been encountering errors when uploading my data such as : you did not specify the rows and columns properly. I know the error occurs due to ambiguous row or columns name because they have to be non-numeric. My names are non numeric. I had issues with having quotes around the file when I transformed into  a txt file wich I eliminated. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I have copy my file from excel into text wrangler. I know sometime the , has to be replaced by tab but I don't have commas in my data. Does anyone has any suggestions?

    OK, thanks for the information.  Looks pretty likely that this is a problem in CoNet, so I'm including the CoNet author so they can help you figure things out.

Ok thanks.  I've been in touch with her and emailed her before, and I don't think there is a problem with Conet because  it works with other data. There is something wrong with the way I am saving the file.
