The ClueGO could not work!!

 I try to use app " ClueGO" and "CluePedia" in Cytoscape today. After I updated the GO and pathway database, I could not use the Apps. I also tried to restart the Cytoscape and to click the Apps "ClueGO". The initiation seems a problem, and release a message "initialize clueGO components error contact the author". I also tried the Cytoscape v3.2, v3.3 and v3.4, the ClueGO still did not work. Someone could let me know, what's going on?  How could I use the ClueGo again? Thanks

Hi Rui-Lan,
perhaps something happened when you updated ontology files. Rename the "ClueGOConfiguration" in your home folder to "ClueGOConfiguration-old" and restart ClueGO. This should fix the problem.
