i have two questions about cytoscape.

1. i have a network(graph) and i need its matrix 2. i need to convert its matrix to matlab file, becuase i want to use it in matlab code, but i dont know how i should do that thanks

Hi,

Load your network(graph) into Cytoscape. Use this app(http://apps.cytoscape.org/apps/adjexporter) to get the adjacency matrix of the network in a text file.
