can anyone help me with bingo

Hi There

I am very new in cytoscape and bingo. I am trying to use bingo to visualize biological pathway of some identified protein. According to tutorial when I run test it works but when I run bingo with my protein Id it does not show any activities in the left panel of cytoscape (please see the attachment) and not even produce any result. I have downloaded gene ontology and association file from the links below and saved as txt. file. can anyone help me regarding this issue.

Hi Mirza,
   It's a little hard to figure out what might be happening from just the screen shot.  First, you shouldn't need to download anything -- arabidopsis is already one of the supported organisms.  Also, you need to exclude the version numbers on the genes.  I was able to get a BINGO result by selecting GO_Biological_Process and Arabidopsis thaliana and pasting in the genes:
