unable to launch cytoscape 3.3

I have installed cytoscape 3.3 in my computer (windows 7, 64 bit) recently. However, I could not able to launch it by double-click cytoscape.bat. Could some one help me solve this problem? Thanks very much.

Hi, what happens if you click the cytoscape.exe executable? This should be in the same directory. Sometimes the .bat extension isn't recognized as an executable file.

Can you see any error output when you open a command line tool and run cytoscape.bat from there?
