Export gene names corresponding to significant nodes

Hello,

I was wondering how to export the gene names corresponding to significant GO terms (nodes) in BiNGO. I was unsure how to put them in the table or export them.

Hi Liz,
   Sure.  Just select the terms you want to export the gene names for, then click on "Select Nodes".  Now all of those nodes are selected in the original network.  You can now just select the names in the "name" column (or wherever you have them) and paste them into a file or excel or wherever.
