Hello,

I am troubleshooting cytoscape on my windows 10 laptop. It gives me an error as following:

When I try to run the app on PC, it says that it can't run and look for suitable version. I downloaded v3.3.0 - 64bit. Please help me with this.

Thanks for asking. This caused us to look more closely at the app store firewall, which was mis-configured. Would you mind trying again??
