Hi, I am trying to change edge type in a network using network style in association with network information I included when imported it. I want a stop edge (to describe an inhibition) but it is not present in the list of edge types. Is there the possibility to implement edge types to use? How?

Thanks

Stefano

Hi,
What you're looking for is in the control panel, Style tab, Edge tab, Target Arrow Shape see image)
You might want to try one of the visual style tutorials also to map these to values: http://wiki.cytoscape.org/Cytoscape_3/UserManual#Cytoscape_3.2BAC8-UserManual.2BAC8-Styles.Styles_Tutorials

Hope this helps
Piet
