treshhold for cetrality in cytohubba

I worked with cytohubba and found top nodes by different methods (like: degree, betweenness, closeness centrality, etc...).
which one of them is important and esentional for determining hubs?
what is treshhold (cutoff)for them? especially for betweenness centrality, closeness centrality?
