I have downloaded cluego from the app list of cytospace, but when I can not open it after click.

Greetings,
Can you give us a little more information? When you say you "downloaded" it, did you download the jar file onto your computer or did you install it from the App Manager in Cytoscape. If you just downloaded the jar file, you will need to go to Cytoscape's app manager and then do an "Install from file" to get Cytoscape to recognize it. If you installed it from the App Manager directly, what are you clicking on that isn't working?
