Hi there,
Is there a reason that ClueGo changes the Eucalyptus IDs to LOC# every time one does an enrichment? Is there a file with the corresponding IDs?
Thanks in advance
Ritesh

Hi Ritesh,
ClueGO uses by default the SymbolID column in the gene2accesion
file to display the labels on the gene nodes in the network.
If you want to change this, you can unzip this file: (in Windows
you will probably have to install an extra program to unzip a gzip
file)
Now you can select the column that you want to be the label column
and change the header to "SymbolID". Be care full there must be
always a column called "UniqueID#EntreGeneID" and only one column
named "SymbolID" (case sensitive)! So always keep the
"UniqueID#EntreGeneID" column and rename the initial "SymbolID"
column if you choose another column as Label source. Also ClueGO
will take the first element in the cell as label, so if there is
something like LOC12345|ABCD|AnotherID... then it will take the
first one LOC12345 as label.
Let us know if you can manage. If not tell us which IDs you want
to display as label and we can prepare you the file.
Best
