Exporting Cytoscape networks without losing small arrows

Hi,

I am trying to export a cytoscape network to a pdf, but I when I zoom out, the arrows between the edges disappear, and when I zoom in and export as a pdf, I cannot export the whole network. How do I solve this?

Hi Joshua,
   Actually, when you are zoomed out you can still export as PDF and see the arrows.  What you are experiencing is just a rendering optimization that doesn't show all of the graphics details on the screen, but those details should be shown in the resulting pdf.  If you want to see the details on the screen, you can select "View->Show Graphics Details", but your rendering performance will be effected.
