Help! My svg file files are showing as web pages (IE) and cannot open in photoshop.

Hi,
This has to do with the fact that your operating systems assigns SVG files to be opened with a browser.
For importing into photoshop, this is also out of scope of this helpdesk, but it seems version dependent: google finds: https://www.google.nl/search?q=photoshop+svg+import&oq=photoshop+svg&aqs=chrome.2.69i57j0l5.5006j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
