Plugin for disease- protein network

Hi,

I have a group of protein and I want to explore the relationship between the proteins and potential diseases,  I found two references cited cytoscape, please find the related images below, would you please let me know what plugin may able to generate network like this??

Hi Ivy,

Searching the app store with the term disease produces a couple of apps:  http://apps.cytoscape.org/search?q=disease

Of these the following three look promising

• DisGeNet: http://apps.cytoscape.org/apps/disgenetapp 
  
• PhenomScape: http://apps.cytoscape.org/apps/disgenetapp
  
• Metdisease http://apps.cytoscape.org/apps/metdisease
  

Searches in the app store with the term VeryGen (the method mentioned in the title of the first article) did not produce any results. Probably the authors used a combination of apps and created their own visual style, or they haven't published their app.

I could not access the second article.

You might want to contact the authors directly also.
