PINA v2

[Aladeokin ADEREMI, CALEB]

Greetings,

I just installed the "The Protein Interaction Network Analysis (PINA  v2)" app from the the Cytoscpe appstore.

I attempted using it to build a network but even after 4 hours, it still didn't build the networks, but just a message:

"Retrieving interactions...". I s everything alright? I am running Cytoscape 3.5 on windows 7, 32bit, 4G RAM.

The backend server of PINA has been moved to a new address, thus you need to update your Cytoscpe plugin (named PINA4MS) to the latest version v2.1 to access the new server and build networks.
