survival analysis plots

Hi everyone,

I want to use ReactomeFI app to do survival analysis on TCGA ovarian and liver cancer datas. When I do Kaplan Meier analysis on modules I see the analysis results but plot links provided in the results table are not working. I tried with Cytoscape 3.5 and 3.6. Nothing changed. I would appreciate for any suggestions.

Hi, thank you very much. I already contacted with one of the authors. He helped me so much. The problem is with my local settings most probably.  It can not open pdf files. I need to change the settings.
