Cytoscape 3.4.0 not starting

Hello,

I have installed Cytoscape 3.4.0 (64 bits) in my windows but when I click on the icon, nothing happens. I have Java 8 in my system and have set the path variable. Is there any tests at the command prompt that I can do to diagnose the problem ? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This should give us an idea of what is going on with your system....
