Combine 2 sets of data

Hi

I am looking at the bacteria and fungus in the GI tract. I have created 2 networks, one bacteria and one fungi. Is it possible to combine the two networks? If so how would I begin to do that? Obviously want to limit the number of figures in publications

Hi Caroline,
    You can certainly combine the two networks (Look at Tools->Network Merge), but my suggestion would be to keep the networks independent and create a single figure with an A and a B part.  Since there won't be any edges connecting the two networks, I think that will give you a more understandable figure.
