I have created a network where I have a threshold on which edges are drawn. This resulted in a network consisting of many (>100) unconnected sub-networks. My only problem is that Cytoscape automatically plot my sub-networks in descending order based on number of nodes or edges (I am not sure which). I would like to plot them in another order. Can that be done? Some of my sub-networks have true positive nodes and some only false positive nodes (a node attribute that I have provided). I would e.g. like to plot all sub-networks with true positives first (no matter network size) and then the others. Basically, can the order of networks be determined by some node attribute that I have provided?
I would greatly appreciate any help.

Hi Per,
You could use a Group Attributes layout, but it may not do quite what you want.  Unfortunately, that's the only option we have right now, although it would possibly be an interesting feature to add.  I would suggest creating a feature request for that (Help->Report a bug...).
