Query regarding selecting specific nodes created using the GeneMania app in cytoscape

Hi,

I have created a network with a list of genes via GeneMania now I only want to select those nodes which have the edge as 'Physical Interactions': I was easily able to select these edges from the edges table but I want to select the nodes as well for these edges to get a list of only those genes which are involved in 'Physical Interaction'. Is there an easy way to do this or do I have to manually select the genes from the network or network table?

Sure!  You can use "Select->Nodes->Nodes connected by selected edges".
