Hi all,

I put the network table to Cytoscape and found the network includes number of separate subnetworks.
Is there any way to extract the plots for each subnetworks, separately?

Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure you can do this as part of the import-from-table step, but after importing it'd be fairly easy to perform a force directed layout, select the individual subnetworks and then create new networks from selection. This would be easy for a handful of subnetwork. If you have a many dozens or hundreds, then you'll want to split them into separate files and then script the import step.
