Error message

Hello,

I've been using the ReactomeFI - gene set analysis function without any problems. However, since yesterday I've been getting the error message below:

Error in Loading File:
Network Error
A communication error occurred: "Connection refused"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.


I've also gotten the error message:
Failed to find FI annotations

I've check my internet connection, which is the same as before, I've also tried to delete and reinstall the application but still keep getting the same error message. Just in case, I've tried to increase the memory and change the stack size, but that doesn't help either.

Any suggestions you can offer would be helpful.

Hi,
   Is this problem still occurring?  If so, can you get to the reactome web site (https://reactome.org/)?  Also, you don't mention which version of Cytoscape and ReactomeFI you are using.  That might be helpful to the ReactomeFI app authors to figure this out.
