Hello,
I have a network of 12500 proteins which is a file of 8 Mo and i clustered this network following different conditions with clusterMaker in different files because of my computer's performance.
And i surprised to see that that 8 Mo file becomes a 180 Mo file only it is clustered now.
How is that possible?

Hi Yujin,
It's sort of difficult to know what might be going on without getting a look at the file. Can you send me a link to the file so I can take a look?
