cytoscape not opening plots in pdf

Hi everyone,

 I used a Cytoscape app to do survival analysis on a dataset. In the results panel there are some links for the plot(blue links in the attached screenshot). On my computer the links are not opening when I click them.  But in some others everything is working fine. Something is wrong with my computer I guess.

 My  OS is Windows 10. I set Adobe PDF Reader as  default. Are there any suggestions to overcome this problem?

Hi Bengi,

   What app are you using to do the survival analysis?  What should happen in this case is your web browser should start up and the file should be downloaded.  I see from your screenshot that you are using chrome.  Is the PDF in your downloads perhaps?

Thank you very much for your interest.

 

I was using ReactomeFI.  Actually I searced all of the folders with the pdf file name including downloads, nothing exist. As  i observed in a macbook, the survival analysis results just opens in a new window within Cytoscape. It works fine with IOS, but there is a problem with Windows.
