Hi!
I'm using cytoscape since few months and I'm looking for how to change node thickness.
Really quicky :
I did an IP to identify by Mass spec my bait partners. I did a Saint analysis on that and i'm using cytoscape to visualise the network.
I would like to assign a value for each edge and change the node thickness but not by hand cause it will be too long.
I tried when i'm creating the network (when i'm selecting different colone) to define edge attributes in blue by using a colone in my matrix with different numbers but it didn't work.
Does someone has an idea?
Thanx!

Hi Kévin,
Can you say what didn't work?  Did the column import as you expected?  Make sure when you import the column that you check to make sure that the type is numeric (Integer or Floating point), otherwise you won't be able to use it as the edge width attribute.
