Hi,

I'm a new in cytoscape app/plugin development. I use maven archtype to create my project in Netbeans 8.0.2. But I couldn't find a proper document which defines how to debug my cytoscape app/plugin using Netbeans. I'll be appriciate if anyone suggests a document.
