Cython debugging: Mac and Conda?

Hello. I needed to ask if debugging is possible with Mac and a custom interpreter (in an Anaconda env).

I'm also willing to use VirtualEnv if that works, but the Cython debugger must work.

I'm on macOS High Sierra, if it helps. I've already made a PR to the GDB version of Homebrew to switch it to Python 3: https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/pull/24524

But I'm not sure what else I can do here.
