API Docs Updated and Posted

The Cumula API docs have been updated and posted at http://cumula.org/docs/.  We'll be working on getting a custom template in place, but for now its using the default DocBlox theme.

Can you add some docs on how you're generating these? I can't even manage to get docblox/phpdoc(2?) installed as it appears they're in the middle of consolidating down into one project that is just in alpha? Tried via github and pear, http://www.docblox-project.org/ and https://github.com/phpDocumentor/phpDocumentor2 but I'm sure I'm just stumbling on something silly.
