[Cucumber] Installation as standalone

HOw would business users create / modify a feature file with out using any developer IDE which they dont have access to?

I'm a moderator of this mailing list. I've deleted your two other posts, as asking the same question 3 times in 3 different posts is not really acceptable behaviour on this list.

Now to  answer your question

Feature files are just plain text files. They can be modified by any editor capable of reading/writing text files. Some editors that can do this include

- vim

- notepad

- textmate

- sublime text

- any developer ide's

- any word processor

even Microsoft Word can do this ;)

You do not need any specialist tools to create/modify feature files.
