IDE support for Cucumber-JVM

Hi folks,

Now that Cucumber-JVM is prtty stable (I promise a 1.0 release before
CukeUp! - http://cukes.info/cukeup.html) it is time we get some decent
IDE support.
This is something I hope IDE vendors will consider - or failing that -
some open source volunteers.

I have created a wiki page that outlines what I have in mind:

Feel free to update this page with other ideas you might have.

If anyone wants to use the same wiki to add general Cucumber-JVM
documentation that is ok too. When I get some time I'll migrate
content over to https://github.com/cucumber/cukes.info and shut down
the wiki again.

Added a bit about how to use the IDE's run/debug as support for both eclipse and idea.
