Forthcoming jQuery UI support in wire.js

Hey everybody,

I've been working on support for jQuery UI in wire.js.  The latest code is in the "jquery ui" branch: https://github.com/cujojs/wire/blob/jquery-ui/jquery/ui.js

In short: 

• Requires use of a new plugin, wire/jquery/ui
• Allows declarative creation and configuration of jQuery UI widgets
• Supports wijmo widgets, too! (wijmo uses jQuery UI as a base)
• Supports the "on" facet via wire/jquery/on for declarative .on() behavior
• Supports DOM node reference resolution and "insert" facet via wire/jquery/dom
• Enables widget-to-widget reactive linking via function pipelines and automatically-generated getter and setter methods

This code is not released, yet, but please take a test drive!  We'd love your feedback and bug reports.  (Bugs? What bugs?)
