pretty_face gem installation

Hi
I'm currently having problems installing the pretty_face gem, I'm using the following cmd: gem install pretty_face -v '0.9.1' and I get the following error.
Temporarily enhancing PATH to include DevKit...
Building native extensions. This could take a while...
'-p' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
ERROR: Error installing pretty_face:
ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.
C:/Ruby193/bin/ruby.exe extconf.rb
creating Makefile
Gem files will remain installed in C:/Ruby193/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/atomic-1.1.14 for inspection.
Results logged to C:/Ruby193/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/atomic-1.1.14/ext/gem_make.out
I'm using Win7/64bit, has anyone encountered a similar problem?
