Cubieez NANDkernel recompile on Cubieboard2

Hello,
few days ago I flashed the debieez image with Livesuit on Cubieboard2, found at this link:
http://dl.cubieboard.org/software/a20-cubieboard/debian/debieez-v1.01/ and was able to use it successfully.

Now I'm trying to update u-boot and recompile the kernel using the exact same kernel source files as in the working image indicated above. The *problem* is that using the procedures indicated below, I cannot make it to work.

I've tryed various approaches, like:
1) using the cubieboard2_defconfig file like .config
2) using the .config file extracted by the actual version of the running kernel

Both approaches use the following procedures:

make uImage CROSS_COMPILE=arm-linux-gnueabihf- -j2 ARCH=arm

b-
copy the forlders output/lib/modules and output/lib/firmware in /dev/nandb/lib partitions
and update the uImage file in /dev/nanda



In the mode exposed at point 1) the system won't start, giving many errors of loading modules; same happens when executing the command depmod.
With the mode exposed at point 2) my QT Application hangs. However, by pressing ctrt+\ keys (I found out this key combination by luck) for skipping the kernel loading block, the application starts correctly, but I don't have any prompt access via serial or have any correct ip assigned to access the board via ssh.

When downloading the kernel source files, I made sure to use the same kernel version as in the debieez-v1.01 that is ru same and the config file is extracted by the original running kernel.
I don't understand the problem: Can you help me please ???  :'(

However follow the guide of generate a new u-boot.bin file, while replace it the system won't start because the uboot search the kernel in mmc and not in nand...
