is the version 12.10.
I followed the following guide: http://docs.cubieboard.org/tutorials/cb2/installation/cb2_lubuntu_nand_install

when I try to install any package gives me the following error:
Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?

and if you run apt-get update: E: Some index files failed to download. They Have Been ignored, or old ones used instead.

If you know you are connected to the Internet (i.e. you can ping
google.com) you could try editing the repositories in
/etc/apt/sources.list

I don't know which repos has your distribution configured, but try
with archive.canonical.com or archive.ubuntu.com

This https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Repositories/Ubuntu can be helpful

I solved it by editing the file sources.list like this:
# Required
deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ quantal main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ quantal-updates main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ quantal-security main restricted universe multiverse
