Fwd: Fw: Introduction of e-form(s) MGT-3, MGT-15, PAS-6 and DPT-3 w.e.f. 11.03.2015

Dear All,

It is to inform you that Ministry of Corporate Affairs has introduced the e-form(s) MGT-3, MGT-15, PAS-6 and DPT-3 with effect from 11.03.2015.

 A brief summary of  the above e-form along with the purpose of filing the said e-form(s) is as under:-

Form Name	Status prior to 11th March 2015	Status after 11th March 2015
MGT-3 (Notice regarding place where Foreign register of member is kept)	Prior to 11th March 2015 the form MGT-3 was available on MCA portal as a physical form which was filed with ROC in e-form GNL-2.	At present the form is available on MCA portal as e-form and now company can file the e-form MGT-3 separately.
MGT-15 (AGM Report)	Pursuant to section 121(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 31(2) of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, Company is required to file the report on AGM with ROC in form GNL-2 as no e-form was available.	At present the form MGT-15   is available on MCA portal as e-form and now company can file the e-form separately.
PAS-6 (Filing of private placement offer letter)	Pursuant to section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013 and placement offer letter rule 14(3) of Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014. Company is required to file private placement offer letter in e-form GNL-2 along with Form PAS-4.	Presently, company is required to file the private placement offer letter in e-form PAS-6 with ROC.
DPT-3 (Return of Deposit)	Pursuant to rule 16 of Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules 2014 company is required to file the Return of deposit with ROC in DPT-3 in e-form GNL-2 on or before 30th June of every year.	At present the e-form DPT-3 is available on MCA portal and now company can file the e-form separately.

Checked today. Form PAS-6 is not available for filing. 

It was available for filing on March 11, 2015.
