SIGNATURE VALIDATION FAILED

Dear All Experts,

I am trying to upload annual returns since yesterday, but on mca site always an error prompting "This Person is not authorised to sign on this field" and signature validation failed.

but on the MCA site when i checked the status of signatories... its showing DSC regd till 2014.

I called up in MCA cell yesterday they advised me to get role check once again... but now when doing the same its not registering again and showing a message "You have already registered your DSC as director"

Please help..!!

As the 18th will be last date for file it without addnl fees...

check what designation you have filled where director's DSC will be affixed, or check once again whether the DSC is registered or not, check the DIN no also of the director signing the form.

Check up the DIN no written is correct- and designation. If it is professional, whether he is fellow or associate or CA.ICWA/CS . If you cross check all the details, it may accept.
