Filing of Incorporation Documents Form INC-7, DIR-12, INC-22

[Rajendra (Raju) Patel]

Has any body filed incorporation Documents viz. Form INC-7, DIR-12, INC-22 ? because I am trying to file it since last 3 days but unable to upload INC-7. No error appears while pressing PRESCRUTINY but while uploading that form massage "Please make sure that all the required fields are appropriately filed before such submission" appears while I believe I am filling all the required fields. Is any one facing same problem ??

Dear All,

Am facing the problem "Please make sure that all the required fields are appropriately filed before such submission" in INC-1, after I found that the Applicant First name is not Prefilled as while  Applying for the person has given his Name in Sir name field instead stating 'FIRST NAME & SURNAME'. and now we are filing DIR-6 for correcting the name.
