HW 2, p.6 - ML practical advice summary format

Hi Prof. Pavlu,

During class you mentioned that you prefer bullet summaries for the programming reports over paragraphs of text. 

For HW2's ML practical advice summary (problem 6), do you also prefer that we summarize in the form of a bulleted outline?

I dont have a preference. Bullets is fine, if they include all the info necessary; So I expect more like "headed short paragraphs"
