CS Unplugged videos available for download

We have had a number of videos available on YouTube, and these have proved
very popular.

We now have them available for download, so you can use them offline. The
downloaded versions are high quality, so the files are quite big. They
include the one-hour show, which is 419 Mbytes, but most are more like 20
Mbytes.
