Greetings Colleagues,

My collaborator Laura Fay, recipient of an NSF Research Experience for Teachers award was inspired by Tim Bell to create a computer science garden at Fisher Middle School in Ewing NJ. She has district permission to pursue this, and I am asking for your support. If this community can influence Matel to create a Barbie Computer Engineer (who looks remarkably like me......except for the size of her waist), then perhaps we can support Laura's attempt to create a kinesthetic space in which Ewing middle schoolers can be inspired to pursue careers in computer science.
