Hi Everyone,
We are testing the KeyDerivationFunction interface. Also see https://github.com/weidai11/cryptopp/issues/610 and https://github.com/noloader/cryptopp/commit/9dc010acb6ec .
HKDF was cut-over for testing purposes. We need to cut-over some of the existing KDFs, like PBKDF2.
It should clear the way for the new algorithms like Argon2.

The initial changes were cut-in at https://github.com/weidai11/cryptopp/pull/611 .
We still have to cut-over some existing classes, like PKCS12_PBKDF.
This change breaks the ABI. We will release Crypto++ 7.0 next (instead of Crypto++ 6.2).
