Hi Everyone,
Deterministic DSA and ECDSA Signatures were cut-in tonight. It is based heavily on Douglas Roark's PR and Thomas Pornin's reference implementation.
The commit of interest is https://github.com/weidai11/cryptopp/commit/7e427805174b9fc672caf838f9e456a09be32043.
The classes of interest are DSA_RFC6979<H> and ECDSA_RFC6979<EC, H>.
